How to request deletion

Send a request
Email us at support@itlumee.in with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include your registered phone number or email.

We verify your identity
For your security, we verify that the request comes from the account owner before processing any deletion.

Data deleted within 30 days
Once verified, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
What data will be deleted
- Account profile information (name, email, phone number)
- Lead history and service records
- Reviews and ratings you have submitted
- Uploaded photos and media
- Saved addresses and preferences
- Emergency posts and job listings
What may be retained
Certain data may be retained as required by applicable laws:
- Anonymised, aggregated analytics data
- Transaction records required by law (tax, financial regulations)
- Data needed to resolve pending disputes or legal obligations
